Simply enable the custom widget in Zendesk and paste in the widget code we provide. You’ll just need to put in your Freshbooks subdomain.
After it’s enabled (for agents only), you will navigate to your ticket edit page and click “edit Widgets on this page”. You’ll then enable the widget you named in the previous step.
We are currently working on an initiative to merge the functionality of our FreshBooks widget with Zendesk's solution and vastly improve the features. You should consider using the existing version for now:
